6.10. Any fraudulent activity or use of third-party payment data results in account termination without refund.

7. Liability

7.1. The Administration is not responsible for malfunctions of social networks, API platforms, or blocking of User content.
7.2. The User accepts the services “as is” and acknowledges all risks associated with social media promotion.
7.3. The Administration may refuse service or suspend orders in case of rule violations.

8. Confidentiality and Security

8.2. The Administration uses modern security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leaks, or data destruction.
8.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and payment data.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. The Parties are not liable for partial or complete non-performance of obligations caused by force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, wars, payment system failures, legislative changes, or other events beyond their control.
