2. Services

nakrutochka.com will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or other social media account and only to improve your “appearance”. We guarantee that when using services with a guarantee, the lost number of subscribers/likes will be restored free of charge during the entire warranty period. The exception is when the number of subscribers/likes is lower than it was when the order was launched. In this case, the warranty and restoration will not work. You will need to add the missing quantity before submitting your refund request. We DO NOT guarantee that your new subscribers will interact with you, we just guarantee that you will get the subscribers you pay for. If during the order process the link to the page/channel becomes unavailable for any reason, we DO NOT guarantee a refund. This will happen automatically if the service provides for it. We do NOT 100% guarantee that our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded images, although we strive to make this a reality for everyone. You will not upload anything to nakrutochka.com including nudity or any material that is not acceptable or appropriate for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or social media community. Otherwise, orders may not be processed correctly and refunds may not be guaranteed.

3. Return Policy

No refunds will be issued to your payment method. Once a deposit has been made, it cannot be cancelled. You must use your balance for orders from nakrutochka.com. You agree that once payment is completed, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after making your deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders and block you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we have given you or your clients on Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media platforms. Orders placed at nakrutochka.com will not be returned or canceled once placed. You will receive a refund to your nakrutochka.com account if the order cannot be delivered. Inappropriate or personal account orders are not eligible for refund. Please be sure to confirm each order before placing it. Fraudulent activity, such as the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in termination of your account. No exceptions. Please do not use more than one server at a time for the same page. In this case, we will not be able to give you the correct number of followers/likes/views. We will not issue refunds on these orders.
